Mind Renewal Initiative Commemorates World Mental Health Day 2026: Lived Experiences Heard, Real Voices, Real Change

Mind Renewal Initiative Commemorates World Mental Health Day 2026: Lived Experiences Heard, Real Voices, Real Change

In commemoration of World Mental Health Day 2026, Mind Renewal Initiative is proud to host an impactful virtual event themed “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change.” This event aims to create awareness, promote understanding, and encourage meaningful conversations about mental health by amplifying the voices of individuals with lived experiences and mental health professionals.

Mental health is an essential part of our overall well-being, yet many people continue to face stigma, discrimination, and barriers to accessing the support they need. By providing a platform for open conversations and shared experiences, this event seeks to remind everyone that mental health matters, every story deserves to be heard, and every voice has the power to inspire change.
